Ginger Bug ginger soda

1 / 1

Label of Ginger Bug ginger soda
Paula makes a delicous ginger soda which we call Ginger Bug. This is a very simple fermentation product made from ginger and sugar; the yeast is naturally occuring on the ginger. For this reason, we prefer to use ginger which has not been exposed to harsh chemical fertilizers and pestices since that might impact the natural flora. For those of you experienced in home fermentation, the name of the starter culture is actually the ginger bug, and our label is just a fun riff on that. No bugs or cute little hermit crabs were harmed in the making of this product.
