Hello and สวัสดี! This is a Thai style hummus we call Chiang Mai Chickpea (เชียงใหม่ ถั่วลูกไก่). Named for the second largest city in Thailand, this flavor will surprise you with a mix of garlic, lemon, and spicy peppers. Taking inspiration from Paula's favorite curries, we mix in garden fresh cilantro with our own Thai bird peppers. Topping it all off is a center of crunchy fried garlic --- the key ingredient to any Thai dish. This style has a little less garlic than our eXtreme garlic hummus, but it has a spicy kick that will sneak up on you.
