This is a flavor of Paula's Hummus which comes straight from our garden. Our Sundried Tomato and Oregano style hummus uses dried tomato, dried oregano, and oregano tea mixed into the hummus itself. Sitting atop this rufus-colored concoction is a centerpiece of dried tomato finely chopped. It's as eye-catching as it is delicious.
