Our Za'atar Y'all is a Mediterranean-style Spice Mix that pairs well with lots of things. We originally made this because we grew too much coriander in our garden one year, and wanted to experiment with new flavors. The oregano comes from our yard too, but it never feels like we have too much of that! We tried this and loved it. One family member requested a 1 liter bulk package of it since she blazed through it so often on her salmon steaks. The mild acidic flavor comes from the dried sumac berries included in this mix. Fun fact: you can make a tasty lemonade alternative from sumac berries!
